Dear Sir or Madam,

I have ordered 12 packs consist of 12 Uniform clothes of new model in my office on your Printing Company which I ordered by mail on March 15. I received the order on April 5.  When I received those packs of the Uniform, there was one packs missing. I only got 11 packs of 12 packs that I ordered. To know whether there was one pack missing, you can check the  amount of the Uniform  which  left  your Printing Company stock.

To resolve that problem, I would like you to send me one pack of modeled the Uniform from my office like I ordered before. Or if the one pack of  my uniform has not been finished, I give you one week to finished the uniform clothes which I ordered, and I hope your company can be finished  what I ordered in your company soon. To give my company satisfied.
